Deb Reinbold is passionate about creating a prosperous Greater Jefferson County by fostering a thriving business environment, strengthening workforce participation and promoting placemaking strategies that enhance quality of life. She currently serves as the President of Thrive Economic Development (ThriveED), where she leads the organization’s strategic economic and community development efforts. She also serves as Executive Director of the Jefferson County Economic Development Consortium (JCEDC), ThriveED’s public sector partner.
Deb’s ability to build meaningful relationships and align public-private interests has placed ThriveED at the center of some of the region’s most transformational efforts. Under her leadership, Jefferson County has attracted nearly $2 billion in investments from companies including Kikkoman, Onego Bio, Aztalan Bio, V&V Supremo and Nestlé Purina, reinforcing the county’s position as a regional hub for food and beverage manufacturing.
Deb was also instrumental in the creation of the Live Local Development Fund, a revolving loan fund designed to support the development of housing in Jefferson County by filling critical financing gaps that traditional lending programs often cannot address. This innovative initiative reflects her commitment to removing barriers to economic growth and ensuring that our workforce, residents and future residents have access to housing they can afford.
Deb’s leadership and impact have been recognized with her selection as the 2025 BizTimes Media Woman Executive of the Year and inclusion in the list of the state’s 275 most influential business leaders.
Deb’s work in economic development is grounded in a deep understanding of what drives business success and community growth. Her background as an entrepreneur, business owner and professional in real estate sales and management gives her a unique perspective as she connects businesses to the resources, partnerships and programs that support expansion and long-term success.
