RoxAnne Witte

RoxAnne serves as the department’s Program Specialist and Certified Housing Counselor. Her professional portfolio is characterized by a comprehensive skill set, including housing and consumer credit counseling and education and homebuyer counseling and education.

RoxAnne’s dedication to fostering homeownership opportunities for moderate and lower-income individuals is illustrated by the passion and care she puts into developing and leading classes tailored for eligible homebuyers/owners. She also assists existing homeowners access home rehabilitation programs in order to make needed repairs and upgrades.  She has assisted hundreds of families as they pursue homeownership.

Certified by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), RoxAnne pursues continuous professional development. Her commitment to staying abreast of industry advancements is evidenced by her enrollment in courses covering topics such as building credit, understanding credit scores and Fair Housing laws. Her collaborative spirit is reflected in her cultivated relationships with counseling providers, area lenders and realtors. Rox has an Associates Degree in Accounting from Madison College.
